The learning and good practice that emerges from SARs and other reviews is shared at a national and local level to maximise the opportunities for learning. Themes emerging here in Trafford are reflected across the country and vice versa.

Safeguarding Adult Review - Ruth

On 20 January 2020 the TSSP published a SAR in relation to Ruth. Trafford Strategic Safeguarding Partnership would like to express sincere condolences to the friends and family of Ruth.

Safeguarding Adult Review - Ryan

On the 11 July 2019 the TSSP published a SAR in relation to Ryan.

“Our sincere condolences go Ryan's family and friends on his tragic death. The Safeguarding Adults Review identifies important areas of learning across the agencies. This learning will be implemented through a multi-agency action plan that will be monitored by Trafford's Strategic Safeguarding Partnership to ensure that learning from this review is embedded into local practice”
