Learning and development
Trafford Strategic Safeguarding Partnership (TSSP) have developed a comprehensive learning and development programme to cover aspects of safeguarding which are a priority for us in Trafford.
At this time most of our learning offer is made available via face to face training sessions, however various other adult learning styles are starting be included. All the training events on offer are based on the latest legislation, national guidance, local policies, procedures and lessons learned.
Our Learning and Development Programme lists all the courses we offer; inside it are details of the aims of every course and the dates on which they are running. The venues we use are listed here. We also provide a learning agreement between ourselves and those learning. When you attend one of our courses we will ask you to complete our evaluation form.
To register for a place on an event complete the booking form and return to email@example.com at least five working days before the event, to allow time for your request to be processed.
Following the development of a competency framework, it is much clearer to find out what level of training is appropriate for you.
Evaluation of learning - To help us make sure our learning offer is high quality we ask you to evaluate your learning experience. We do this in three parts which includes a pre course evaluation, post-course evaluation and a six month post-course evaluation.
